Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays! Domestic orders automatically receive free shipping. Please allow up to 2-7 business days for delivery; excluding weekends and holidays.

TRACKING INFORMATION:

Every order will receive a tracking number via your shipment confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking status to update!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We ship to selected countries via DHL. We offer worldwide shipping and FREE international shipping on orders over $60! International shipping rates will vary depending your country. Please allow 5-20 days for international orders to arrive.

Make sure to fill out all your information correctly to avoid extended delays in shipping times. This includes your name, mailing address and phone number.

*All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. It is the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs if the package is undeliverable and returned to us.

Please Note: If you refuse delivery of the shipment, you are responsible for payment of all return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes; in this case, all such return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes will be billed to the method of payment you used. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS:

During checkout, you certify that you are providing the correct shipping address. Please be sure to check your shipping address for errors prior to completing your purchase. We can not be held responsible for products shipped to the wrong address due to an input error.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the shipping cost for the reshipment of your order. Arch Athletics is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice a discrepancy in your shipping address, you must contact us immediately by email at arch.customerservice@gmail.com. We will only be able to alter the shipping address if the order has not been shipped by the time you contact us.

EXCHANGE POLICY:
To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience at Arch Athletics, we are pleased to offer exchanges. You may exchange the item(s) ordered only if they are unworn and in its original packaging withing 15 days of receiving your order for an exchange (less shipping costs). Please email us at arch.customerservice@gmail.com to request an Exchange.
PRODUCT GUARANTEE:

We strongly stand behind our products and guarantee the quality. We will replace any defective products at no cost to you. However we MUST receive an email notification within 3 days of receiving the product with a photo of the defect and we will work with you individually to resolve the issue.
